By accessing or using the CoBay Luxe Workspaces website, mobile applications, or any of our coworking locations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration and Use

You must create an account to book workspaces or access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. CoBay Luxe Workspaces reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Booking Policy

All reservations are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Monthly memberships are billed in advance and require 30 days notice for cancellation. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full rate.

4. Billing and Payments

Payments are processed securely through our third-party providers. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes. Refunds are provided only in cases of service failure attributable to CoBay Luxe Workspaces.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our facilities and services responsibly. Prohibited activities include illegal conduct, harassment of other members, damage to property, and excessive noise that disrupts the work environment. Violations may result in immediate termination of access.

6. Limitation of Liability

CoBay Luxe Workspaces shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
